Our Crimping Machine crushes the crumbled foam material up to 15x10x10 sizes from 1x1x1 to 2x2x2 cm sizes and automatically packs them. The daily crushing capacity is 80 – 140 kg/day depending on the material density. For example, it is between 20 and 40 cubic meters per day for 60 density Eps (Styrofoam). There is an adjustment mechanism for sizing the crease.

Municipalities impose fines on styrofoam waste. Styrofoam wastes are used in many places in the manufacture of pear seats, in construction insulation mortars or as filling materials.
