Lamp Tenoning Machine Features:

Designed for the manufacture of façade insulation plates. In our slicing machine (Stro-Slicing); threads for easy mounting on EPS sheets sliced to the desired size and thickness.

It can open channels on the lower and upper edges at the same time, and perform corner cutting at 30 and 45 degree angles.

It can open lamp tenons up to 2-6 cm thick in standard 50×100 or 60×120 sizes. Single or (optional) bidirectional. Dust extraction and bagging system is standard in our machine. Our system; It can cut and mortise 220 pieces of plates per hour. The speed varies according to the Density.

Eps sheet progress is done by Servo motor speed control. The milling cutter is speed adjustable and can be adjusted according to the density.

The whole system works with 220V.
